What a stay includes
A stay is priced simply. £35 per dog per night, including VAT, with everything your dog needs for a normal, settled day included rather than added on.
- Exercise at an absolute minimum of twice daily, and more if your dog needs it
- Feeding at set times using the portioned food you provide, with particular requirements accommodated where appropriate
- Treats through the day, chosen to suit the individual dog
- Enrichment such as Kongs and LickiMats where they are right for your dog
- Suitable medication given as instructed
- Photo and video updates over WhatsApp while you are away
The journey to a first stay
We go at your dog's pace, not to a timetable
Every dog moves through this differently. Some go from meet and greet to overnight trial quickly. Others take months, and that is completely fine.

Meet and greet
You get a tour of the site and we assess your dog properly. We talk through their history, their routine and what they find difficult, without any need for them to be on best behaviour.

Identifying the challenges
We tell you honestly what we think will be hard for your dog, whether that is the handover, meeting new people, the first night or a change of walking route.

A preparation plan
Together we build a plan that works on those specific things. It belongs to your dog rather than being a standard checklist.

Further meet and greets
Where a dog would benefit, we simply meet again. Familiarity is built by repetition, and there is no prize for rushing it.

Gradual handovers
Short separations that build up in predictable steps, so leaving stops being a single dramatic moment and becomes something ordinary.

Confidence sessions
Visits where you stay with your dog while they explore the site, so they form their first impressions of us alongside someone they already trust.

A trial stay
A few hour day trial or an overnight trial, depending on the dog. This is where we find out what their day here actually looks like.

Their first real stay
By this point almost nothing is new. We follow their routine, keep you updated, and keep watching how they are rather than assuming.
We will tell you if it is not right
If at any point we believe a dog will be too stressed by boarding, we will postpone it while we do more preparation, or explain honestly that it is not the right option. That judgement is the same one that keeps the dogs who do stay here relaxed.
Arrivals and collections
Your dog will never arrive into a crowd
Arrival is often the hardest moment of a whole stay, so we book it as an individual slot. A team member is assigned to your dog and takes them out straight away, and there is a 30 minute gap before any other arrival or collection.
No busy reception, no queue, no passing another dog on the way in. Your dog gets time to decompress before anything at all is asked of them, and the same care is taken when you come to collect them.
Booking through Revelation Pets
Enquiries begin with our contact form and a conversation. Once we have met your dog and agreed that boarding is right for them, owners register through Revelation Pets, which we use as our booking portal. It keeps your dog's details, dates and records in one place so nothing is lost in a long email chain.
What we are aiming for
The goal is not a dog who tolerated the week. It is a dog who was calm, settled and genuinely enjoyed their holiday, and who comes back next time without hesitating at the gate. Being accommodated and being on holiday are two very different things, and only one of them is worth doing.
